The Nagaland Beekeeping and Honey Mission (NBHM) was honored to be part of the 77th Republic Day celebrations held at the Secretariat Ground in Kohima on January 26, 2026. The event served as a vibrant platform to showcase the local honey industry’s growth and the hard work of Nagaland’s beekeepers.
A Distinguished Visit:
The highlight of the day was a visit from the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Nagaland, Dr. Neiphiu Rio, accompanied by his lady wife. During their time at the NBHM stall, the Hon’ble Chief Minister took a keen interest in the various varieties of locally produced organic honey and honey-based products on display.
